Building Surveyor Jeff Evans has been involved in Building Certification for over 20 years.

He worked as a Building Surveyor with NSW Local Government authority until moving to Queensland in 1997, to take up a position with the Douglas Shire Council.

Jeff left Douglas Shire to become a member of the GMA team in 2007.

Jeff has built up a reputation in the area and is regarded as the man to go to for advice on any project be it large or small.

• Master of Applied Science (Building)
• Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Health)

• Accredited Building Surveyor – Australian Institute of Building Surveyors
• Licenced Level 1 Building Certifier (QBCC – A706169), endorsed to;
  • Issue Building Development Approvals
  • Act as a Private Certifier
• Licenced Pool Safety Inspector (PSC – 100240)
