Luke has over 10 years’ experience across the residential and commercial construction industries, government technical policy, lobbying and advocacy and recent experience in building surveying. Luke’s tertiary qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying  and a Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. These qualifications are complimented with several years of experience as a technical project officer at the Australian Building Codes Board. Luke also co-authors the commentary of the National Construction Code for LexisNexis Australia in his spare time. Through this experience Luke has developed a strong working knowledge of building legislation and proven capacity to both review and apply complex technical requirements to ensure compliance. Luke is passionate about compliance and brings a unique skillset to the organisation.

• Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying – Bond University

• Accredited as an Assistant Building Surveyor – Australian Institute of Building Surveyors
• Licenced as a Level 3 Building Surveyor (QBCC Licence No A1214901) with endorsements to:
  • Issue Building Development Approvals
  • Act as a Private Certifier
